I just bought a widget, what's next?


  1. Widget is developed in Widget Pro account.


2. Widget requests are fulfilled either via a support ticket with Duda support OR *sometimes* manually. Note, I do NOT transfer any complex widgets manually because they can take up to 4 hours and I don't have time for that! Usually Duda support is very quick with these types of transfers, so that's the best option anyway.


🔧 Please follow these steps to set up account access if we're going manual!


  1. Receive email alias from Liz, or setup an email alias on your own domain that forwards to "liz@lizfedak.com" or "hello@widgetpro.io". If you set up the alias, please let me know which email you forwarded it to. If I'm creating it, simply await my email.
  2. Set up a login under the "teammates" panel.
  3. Choosing permissions:
  • If you are only interested in custom widgets, create a custom permission group and assign the login to that permission group. The only required permission is "widget builder". Guide on how to do that.
  • If you need help with editing sites, there are 2 options.
  • Option 1: Add extra permissions to the same login used for the widget build permissions. Should include full editing, dev mode, HTML/CSS, collections, etc.
  • Option 2: Add permissions to a 'customer' type account and assign specific sites to Liz/Widget Pro. If you're doing this route, please either setup 2 aliases to invite me to or send me an email to let me know to create 2 email aliases.

4. Back/forth on any changes that are needed. Some of that is free, some of that is billed, based on the original scope of the project and if it will be net added to the widget or coded based on a custom request only for your account.
