Givity LLC provides services, including training, development work, and products, to agencies that use the web builder platform called Duda. This privacy policy covers any and all personal information that we collect while you are using our website widgetpro.io.

- Memberspace for managing your access to content on our website and payment/ transaction processing.

- Other third-party tools that are used by the platform Duda, which this site is built on, to track analytics of the website

- Law enforcement, national security, or others related to legal processes to enforce our contracts, collect amounts owed to us, or  assist with an investigation into suspected or actual illegal activity.

Disclosure in the Event of Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfer: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, then your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction, as permitted by law and/or contract.
