Sales and Refunds
Our refund policy is short and sweet: we are a small business and can't offer refunds. If you are unsure about making a purchase, please email us before buying so I can show you a demo or answer your burning questions: liz@lizfedak.com. Our subscriptions give you instant access to our entire library of resources and, depending on the subscription, support time and discounts from us on our other products. That said, we are always happy to pause your account so you can access it later if you've experienced a difficult thing in life that you need time to maneuver. We can only pause accounts one time per year, but you can pause it as long as needed.
Sales: I'll post sales when I can and offer loyalty discounts to any customers who have been with me 6+ months. You can see more details on the various loyalty programs under each subscription type. Those are lifetime discounts once we've been working together for 6 months. I value repeat business and working with agencies for the long haul and think of this more as a partnership!
Satisfaction guarantee: Before embarking on any custom widget together, we will go through line-items on deliverables, features that are required, and expectations, then set a timeline and agree on a design mock that includes hover styles and changes of state in the widget. If anything we outline in that contract does not perform per the definition that we define together in the contract, I will ensure that it reaches perfection and that you are a happy camper (and that your client is an even happier camper). This does not cover things like your client changing their mind and asking for more features, new colors, different layouts, etc. Those are new line-items that we can add with an addendum to the contract, and which you should also bill your client more for at the end of the day. If anything I build ever breaks, I prioritize it as though it's my own outage and will work on the task between 6AM-9PM MT Monday through Sunday.
